Wear your best walking shoes as there is a ton of walking involved, from the parking deck to the hotel to the casino. There is a separate check-in desk and parking area for the new tower, I only knew this because I called ahead so better/clearer signage would be helpful. There is a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room (last visit during COVID in Mountain room there was no coffee maker so this was nice). Dual shower heads with very good water pressure in the bathrooms. Rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. The hotel expansion is beautiful with decor that highlights the native American culture - very nice. This review is based upon my most recent experience staying in the brand new Cherokee Tower (aka Tower 4). I've been to Harrah's Cherokee Resort/Casino several times and wrote a previous review.
